Yes, cars again in my blog. Well, actually trucks. This rainy Saturday I decided to visit British Columbia Vintage Truck Museum, located in Surrey, BC.
I really like unusual places and unordinary museums. I have visited several such places already (ex-ICBM base that is now a museum tops the list), and I was glad to discover very unusual museum here in BC.
I think that everyone knows about the horrible tragedy of Titanic. Of course it was not the worst maritime disaster in history, but possibly, the most well-known. But it is not widely known that Canada has suffered a maritime disaster of a scale similar to Titanic.
I think that museum are quite boring to cover when writing about traveling. But there are some of them that really deserve attention. One such museum is Canadian Museum of Immigration in Halifax. Canada is a country built by immigrants, this museum is about people, and consequently, about Canada. I was very curious to see what it looks like and what can I learn there.
